Old Dominion Outfitters is owned and operated by Grady and Hanne Jolley. It is a family oriented hunting business specializing in Pheasant and Waterfowl hunting. 

"The Ringneck Cathdral" is an old church that has been converted to a lodge and can accomodate up to 10 hunters. It is a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while hunting in over 5000 acres of food plots, sloughs and grass fields. We offer as much or as little as you like to make your hunt the best possible experience. Some hunters arrive with their own dogs; others come looking forward to guided hunts, working behind our dogs. 

Grady is a retired Police Officer who has been guiding professionally for more than 24 years.  He started hunting at a young age- hunting with his uncle in North Carolina. His uncle’s passion for the hunt made a big imprint on Grady and has carried through to his Deer, Waterfowl and Pheasant hunting today. 

Hanne was raised hunting and fishing in Virginia and central Kansas. She worked as a professional chef  for upwards of 10 years and has spent the last several years working for a small kitchen and bath remodeling company as their operations manager. Hanne is an experienced dog handler an avid hunter and guide.
